How to be a Bad B*tch

Many times I have been complimented on my strength, confidence, and ability to overcome obstacles but honestly I am nothing special. No this article is not a feeble attempt at stroking my own ego nor am I looking to share 3 quick tricks to help you transform into a baddie.
I am writing this because you, the person reading this right now needs to hear this: You are already a bad b*tch.
Why? Because you wake up every single day with an unimaginable amount of potential and power in your bones. All you need to do is recognize it and embrace it. There is not a magic person you need to meet or experience that you need to have in order to have this moment. You simply need to own it.
When I started Bare Waxing I was 22 and had absolutely no idea what I was doing, but I knew I had an idea and I wasn’t going to let anything or anyone stop me. I believed that I could.
A few years and a couple hundred pounds lost later I changed careers and I started working as a personal trainer. Everyday I had conversations with women who doubted their ability. “I’m not strong enough” “I can’t wear that ” “I’m not good enough”. Well that is total and complete BS and I am here to put a stop to it.
I have news for you. You are more than enough. If you really want to be a bad b*tch that can walk into any room and own it, ask for that raise, go after that new job, or finally talk to the guy you like then you simply have to believe that you are in fact a bad b*tch. Simple as that.
There are no secret mantras, self help books, or spirit walks that will magically transform you. You simply have to give yourself the permission to believe that you are worthy of what you want then go after it.
I am here to tell you that you are done with the negative talk of “I can’t” and “I’m not”. You will and you are. You my love are everything you want to be. You are confident, you are strong, you are gorgeous, and you are one BAD BITCH.
Now go out into the world and show them the force of nature that you are.
