In order to hold any appointment you must provide a valid credit or debit card to place on file. Don’t worry! You will not be charged at the time of booking. If you don’t feel comfortable having a card on file, no problem! Walk-ins are always welcomed and wait time is generally no more than 15 minutes.
late cancellation | no show policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice you will be charged 25% of the full service price of all appointments booked. Cancellations made less than 15 minutes prior to appointment are considered no shows.
If you do not show up for your appointment (no show), and did not call to cancel at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full service price of all appointments booked.
why do we have these policies?
We deeply respect our client’s time and while they’re here we do our best to make sure they receive outstanding service! Just as we value our client’s time, we value our technicians time as well. When an appointment is cancelled last minute or missed completely it makes it so that our technician has missed the opportunity to utilize that time to service another client. To avoid this we have these policies in place. We hope you understand.
*All late cancellation and no show charges are charged the same day of the scheduled appointment. If the card provided is inactive, fraudulent or has any errors when charges are attempted the client will be placed on walk-in basis only.
