The Bare Guarantee
The Bare Guarantee was established to further our commitment to provide the best waxing service to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair due to shaving, uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances, if this has happens, we encourage you come back within 3 days after your service for a touch up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.
We will always welcome walk-in clients, if we cannot accommodate you at that time we will work to take care of you promptly. Wait time is generally 15 minutes.
In order to hold any appointment you must provide a valid credit or debit card to place on file. Don’t worry! You will not be charged at the time of booking. If you don’t feel comfortable having a card on file, no problem! Walk-ins are always welcome and wait time is generally no more than 15 minutes.
late cancellation | no show policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged 25% of the full service price of all appointments booked. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes prior to appointment are considered no shows. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at an earlier or later time in order to avoid cancellation fees.
If you do not show up for your appointment (no show), and did not call to cancel at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full service price of all appointments booked.
A deposit is only required for certain services. If your service or services require 50 minutes or longer, you will be asked to place a deposit of 50% of the total amount due (before any discounts are applied) at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to your services. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24-hours before your appointment or if you no-show. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded. This policy is in consideration of the valued time of both our wonderful guests and our talented technicians.
If your Running Late
If you are concerned you may be a little late for your appointment, please don’t hesitate to call us! In most cases we allow a 5 minute grace period.* However, if you are more than 5 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. When in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
*During holiday rush and spring break we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and no later than the scheduled time.
